Using Theo
By using Theo, you agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Eligibility
You must meet any minimum age or legal eligibility requirements that apply in your location to use Theo. If you are using Theo on behalf of another person or organisation, you represent that you have authority to do so.
Subscriptions and billing
If Theo offers paid subscriptions, billing, renewals, cancellation rights, and refund handling may be managed by Apple App Store or Google Play where applicable. You are responsible for reviewing the billing terms that apply to your purchase channel.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with app operations, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious content, violate laws, or use Theo in a way that could harm the service, its users, or third parties.
Disclaimers
Theo is provided for reflection, journaling, and mindset support. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition, and it does not replace advice, treatment, or support from qualified professionals.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Theo and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the app. Local laws may provide rights that cannot be excluded.
