Account and sign-in help
If you cannot access your account, contact support from the email address connected to your Theo account. We may ask you to verify ownership before making account-related changes.
Subscriptions and billing
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, subscription management, billing updates, cancellations, and refunds may be governed by the relevant store’s billing terms and support processes.

App issues and troubleshooting
If Theo is not working as expected, include your device type, operating system version, and a short description of the issue when you contact support. Screenshots can also help us resolve problems faster.
Account deletion and privacy requests
If account deletion is supported in-app, start the deletion request from within the app. If an email confirmation step is required, follow the instructions sent to your registered email address. You can also contact support with privacy or data-related requests.
